Terms and Conditions of LMS BANGLADESH

Thse Terms and Conditions direct your use of the LMS Bangladesh platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

LMS Bangladesh is an online platform that allows teachers in Bangladesh to create and manage their courses. The Platform is designed to facilitate online and blended teaching programs.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be a registered teacher in Bangladesh. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Verification:  After registration, you must send an email to support@lmsbd.com from your registered email address with the subject "Course Creation Permission" to obtain permission to create courses.

3. Course Creation

Course Limits:  Each teacher can create up to three (3) courses for free on the Platform.

Content Guidelines: You are responsible for the content you upload to the Platform. All content must comply with our Content Policy and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

4. Student Enrolments

Enrollment Cap: Each teacher can enroll up to three hundred (300) students across all their courses. This includes the total number of students in all three courses combined.

Student Management: You manage student enrollments, track progress, and ensure compliance with the Platform's policies.

5. Teaching Programs

Online Teaching: Teachers can conduct fully online teaching programs using the Platform's tools and features.

Blended Teaching:  Teachers can also conduct blended teaching programs, combining online and face-to-face instruction.

6. Usage Rights and Restrictions

License:  LMS Bangladesh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your teaching activities. Prohibited Conduct:  You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Data Security:  We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership:  LMS Bangladesh retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all related intellectual property rights.

User Content:  You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant LMS Bangladesh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content to operate the Platform.

9. Termination

Termination by You:  You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@lmsbd.com.

Termination by Us:  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or its users.

10. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMS Bangladesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
